D. Craig Young - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Craig Young has over 29 years of experience in the telecom and data communications industry. Since joining the company in July 2004, his primary focus has been to create a world class Managed IP Services company that provides businesses with the ability to easily and securely communicate between their headquarters, employees and business partners.
Prior to the merger between MegaPath and Netifice in April 2006, Mr. Young served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Netifice. Before joining Netifice, he was the Vice Chairman and Director of AT&T Canada, and also previously served as President. Prior to his appointment as Vice Chairman and President, which occurred with the $3.5 billion merger of MetroNet Communications and AT&T Canada in June 1999, he was the President and CEO of MetroNet Communications. MetroNet was Canada's largest facilities-based competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) at the time. Before MetroNet, Mr. Young served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Brooks Fiber from 1995 to 1998, a pioneer local exchange carrier that was acquired by WorldCom for approximately $3 billion in 1998. From 1980 to 1995, Mr. Young held various executive level positions, including Vice President Sales, Ameritech Custom Business Services; Vice President Sales and Service for Business and Government Services, U S WEST Communications; and President, Executone Information Systems.
Mr. Young received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from California State University, Chico.

Paul Milley - Chief Financial Officer
Paul Milley has over 20 years of experience in finance, treasury, banking, planning, investor relations, information systems and all controllership activities for both public and private companies. He joined the company in October 2001 and is responsible for finance and administration.
Prior to joining MegaPath, Mr. Milley was the SVP and CFO of OnCommand Corporation (OCC), which provides entertainment software and technologies to the hospitality industry. While in this capacity, he helped OCC increase earnings by over 60 percent through product enhancements, new technology deployment, tighter controls and expense efficiencies. Milley's previous titles include VP and CFO of 3DO Corporation, SVP and CFO of ComputerLand Corporation, as well as positions in all levels of finance at other software and consulting organizations.
Mr. Milley received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and a MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.

Bruce A. Chatterley - President, Business Markets
Bruce Chatterley is President of Business Markets, where he leads the teams responsible for Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations and Product Management. Chatterley joins the new MegaPath company from Speakeasy, where as its CEO, he doubled the company's size and led the business in exciting new directions, including its purchase by the Best Buy Company in 2007.
Chatterley has over 20 years of domestic and international high-tech and telecommunications experience. He previously held the position of CEO for ViAir, a Seattle developer of carrier-based mobile messaging software, where he led the company through its ultimate sale in 2003. Prior to that, he was President of eServices & Small/Middle Markets for Concur Technologies (CNQR), a developer of web-based travel and entertainment expense management applications.
Chatterley's background also includes several executive positions with Ameritech Corporation (now SBC), including Chief Consumer Marketing Officer and Vice President of Product Management. Earlier in his career, Chatterley held sales, marketing and business development leadership positions with US West, General Electric and IBM. Chatterley earned his MBA from the Kogod College of Business Administration at American University and his BSBA from Central Michigan University.

Patrick (Pat) Bennett - Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Wholesale Markets
Patrick (Pat) Bennett has more than 20 years of successful sales development and management expertise. Bennett joins the new MegaPath company from Covad, where as its President and CEO, he developed Covad's direct sales division into a significant revenue channel and led the company's product development and management teams in the development of Covad's VoIP and wireless initiatives.
Prior to joining Covad, Mr. Bennett was SVP of marketing and product development for TESSCO Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of wireless communication solutions. Prior to TESSCO, Mr. Bennett was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Rogers Wireless, Inc., and was instrumental in driving significant improvements in all operating metrics of the business.
Preceding Rogers Wireless, Mr. Bennett held increasingly senior roles in sales and marketing at Sprint PCS, Cellular One, Communications Electronics, Inc., and American Beeper Associates.

Brett Flinchum - Chief Operating Officer
Brett Flinchum is Chief Operating Officer, where he leads the teams responsible for Operations, Network Engineering, Software and Information Systems and Project Management. Flinchum joins the new MegaPath from Covad, where he was Chief Operations Officer. During his tenure at Covad, Mr. Flinchum led the team that established the first working line-sharing DSL service in the U.S. and led Covad's first-to-market consumer ADSL offering.
Prior to Covad, Mr. Flinchum served as part of a change management, turn-around organization at U.S. West, now Qwest Communications, where he was responsible for re-architecting the business, repositioning the cost structure, and improving customer satisfaction. Prior to U.S. West, Mr. Flinchum was with First Union Corporation, now Wachovia, First Citizens Bank, and IBM.
Mr. Flinchum holds a BA in Economics from Davidson College, North Carolina, and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Doug Carlen - General Counsel
Doug Carlen oversees legal, regulatory and legislative affairs. He possesses a deep knowledge of the business and regulatory environments in which MegaPath operates.
Mr. Carlen joins the new MegaPath from Covad, where he served as SVP and General Counsel. Previously, Mr. Carlen served as Vice President, Corporate and Legal Affairs at Covad and was a key part of Covad's legal team since September 1999. Before joining Covad, he was with Greene Radovsky Maloney & Share, where he specialized in corporate law.
He holds a bachelors degree from the University of Southern California and received his law degree from Hastings College of the Law.

Rob Archambault - Partner, Platinum Equity
Rob Archambault oversees Platinum's M&A Operations group and evaluates prospective acquisitions by analyzing operations, strategy and overall fit within the portfolio. Post-acquisition, Mr. Archambault works closely with the executive management of the acquired company to set the strategy, budget and transition plan.
Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 1997 as part of the Pilot Software acquisition, Mr. Archambault held the positions of VP Business Development, VP Professional Services and VP Channels, Americas with Pilot, as well as technical support and finance positions with other technology companies.
Mr. Archambault received a B.S. in Management from New York Maritime College.

Bob Wentworth - Partner, Platinum Equity
Robert Wentworth participates in senior level merger and acquisition activities for Platinum Equity. Mr. Wentworth was previously President and Chief Executive Officer for the North American operations of Platinum portfolio company NextiraOne, where he led its formation and served as its CEO since its inception in 2001.
Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 1997, Mr. Wentworth was President and Chief Executive Officer at Alden Electronics, Inc. where he also served as the company's Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Mr. Wentworth served as a certified public accountant for fourteen years with Ernst & Young.
Mr. Wentworth grew up in Massachusetts and was educated at Bentley College.

Jacob Kotzubei - Partner, Platinum Equity
Jacob Kotzubei leads a team of professionals through the entire acquisition execution process, including diligence, valuation, contract negotiations and financing, as well as directs selected portfolio company divestiture activities. He works directly with Founder, Chairman & CEO Tom Gores. Mr. Kotzubei is a board member of many of Platinum's portfolio companies and also shares responsibility for managing Platinum's limited partner relationships.
Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 2002, Mr. Kotzubei was a Vice President of the High Tech Group at Goldman Sachs and was head of the East Coast Semiconductor Group. Previously, he was a successful M&A attorney with Sullivan & Cromwell in New York City.
Mr. Kotzubei received his B.A. from Wesleyan University in 1991 and his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 1994. He is a retired member of the New York State Bar.

Rob Ketterson - Managing Partner, Volition Capital
Mr. Ketterson focuses on investment opportunities in information technology, software and tech-enabled services. He currently serves on the boards of Asset Control, MegaPath and mindSHIFT. Prior to being a founding partner of Volition Capital in 2010, Mr. Ketterson was Managing Partner at Fidelity Ventures, joining in 1993. While at Fidelity Ventures, Mr. Ketterson headed the U.S. and Europe investment teams.
He has led a number of investments including Geotel [NASDAQ: GEOC] (subsequently acquired by Cisco), Nuance Communications [NASDAQ: NUAN], InterNAP [NASDAQ: INAP], Webspective Software (acquired by Inktomi), Nexabit Networks (acquired by Lucent), WaveSmith (acquired by Ciena), Connected Corp (acquired by Iron Mountain) and Intellon [NASDAQ: ITLN] (subsequently acquired by Atheros [NASDAQ: ATHR]). Prior to Fidelity, Mr. Ketterson worked as a manager in the high technology practice of The Boston Consulting Group. Prior to that, he was a product manager for PC products at VLSI Technology, Inc.
Mr. Ketterson currently serves on the Board of the New England Venture Capital Association (NEVCA) for Volition Capital and formerly represented Fidelity Ventures on the Board of the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA). Mr. Ketterson received an undergraduate degree in computer engineering from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Scott Chandler - Managing Partner, Franklin Court Partners
Since 2002, Scott C. Chandler has been the managing partner for Franklin Court Partners, LLC. From 1998 to 2001, Chandler was chief financial officer (1998 - 2000) and senior vice president for global business development (2000 - 2001) for RHYTHMS NetConnections, a leading provider of broadband services utilizing digital subscriber line (DSL) technology.
At RHYTHMS, he was responsible for raising over $2 billion for the company and in 2001, led the financial restructuring of the company, which resulted in the sale of its assets to Worldcom. Chandler also served as president and chief executive officer of C-COR.net, a pioneer in the cable television industry. Under his leadership, C-COR.net's revenues increased to over $150 million, and it was named by FORTUNE magazine as one of the 100 fastest-growing public companies.
Chandler earned an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. from Whitworth College.

Glen Swanson - Senior Vice President, Best Buy
Glen Swanson serves as a senior vice president, business customer group, for Best Buy, Co., Inc., a multinational retailer of technology and entertainment products and services. In this role, his responsibilities include meeting the needs of small business owners, government agencies and educational institutions. He also oversees Best Buy Express, a business focused on meeting the needs of on-the-go customers through automated service outlets.
Prior to his current role, Swanson served as a territory general manager for U.S. Best Buy stores in portions of the Midwest. He has held numerous roles in the organization since joining in 1989, including senior product specialist, assistant manager, general manager and district manager. Swanson also was a pioneer on the early Customer Centricity teams and has been active supporter of the Women's Leadership Forum (Wolf) at Best Buy.
Swanson, who grew up in Chicago, attended Illinois State University.
