  • Nevada Virtual Academy

    Nevada Virtual Academy (NVVA) is a charter public school that provides tuition-free K-12 online learning. Its 120 teachers used residential broadband services to conduct online classes. These services sometimes failed to provide adequate bandwidth, causing classes to drop altogether. The school experienced similar issues with its Hosted VoIP phone service, including dropped calls and poor call quality.
