MegaPath's Network and Security Operations Centers (NOC/ SOC) and Customer Support and Service Delivery Teams utilize carrier-class Network Management Systems (NMS) and Operations Support Systems (OSS) to streamline and enhance their capabilities, and ensure that customers receive the highest quality service. Network Management Systems

The MegaPath NOC/SOC employs a complete set of NMS and security applications from industry-leading firms, such as Cisco Systems, Juniper,  Oracle, bmcRemedy, InfoVista, Opsware, Vital Systems and Micromuse, to proactively monitor, optimize and troubleshoot different elements throughout our network, our partners' networks and our customers' networks. Our engineers use these tools to continually groom the network and establish automated procedures to re-route traffic and activate failover systems to prevent network outages. In the event of a network issue, these tools enable our NOC/SOC technicians to quickly diagnose and resolve the problem to minimize any service-related impact so your traffic keeps flowing and your business remains productive.

 

Operations Support Systems
