Customers purchasing MegaPath Hosted Voice “over-the-top” – over an Internet connection not provided by MegaPath – can now opt to perform a Self-Installation which is backed by an industry-first 7-Day Service Level Agreement (SLA).
With the Self-Installation service, organizations use their own onsite resources to deploy Hosted Voice at their locations and can be up and running with phones within a week. In addition, MegaPath provides system configuration and design, order management, and customized user and administrator training. MegaPath is the first service provider to offer an installation service backed by a 7-Day SLA that includes real service credits up to 50 percent off the first month’s recurring cost for the affected service. MegaPath also offers Professional Installation services for customers that prefer a fully-managed implementation with dedicated account management and phone installations performed by an onsite MegaPath technician.
