OK, your points for bundling are very clearly stated and reasoned. I'm convinced this is the way to go, but can customers customize their own bundles by mixing and matching specific services or do we have to accept pre-packaged bundles as is. I find with AT&T bundling, one is forced to get a whole lot of services that aren't wanted, yet you still have to pay for them, discount and all.
