Diane Giuffre holds the position of Voice Product Manager at MegaPath. She has 25 years experience in telecommunications, 17 of which was spent at MCI Communications. Diane spent the first 10 years in voice network engineering, and then made the switch to marketing. Her product management focus has been on products like voice conferencing, collaboration, unified communications, and VoIP. Diane’s first introduction to VoIP was in 2004, when MCI rolled out its VoIP audio conferencing product. Subsequent to MCI, Diane worked for a hosted IP PBX company, working on introducing new features.

Melinda Gaw brings two decades of Data experience to MegaPath. She began her career in San Ramon, CA working for Pacific Bell / SBC / AT&T as Product Manager for Frame Relay / ATM / MPLS / DSL. Melinda was fortunate to work with AT&T’s Domestic and International MPLS expansion, opening up 65+ countries. She moved to New Edge Networks (now EarthLink Business) as lead Product Manager for the IP / MPLS and Security Portfolios, CPE deployment, and Domestic and International Access. Melinda currently is a Sr. Product Manager responsible for MegaPath's Private Networking Solutions, such as MPLS / IP-Sec / SSL and Mobile Security Product offerings.
Melinda is also a California Cowgirl, working ranches and riding horses all her life. Her whole family enjoys the sport of Rodeo and is actively involved with both Junior and Pro rodeos in their area.

Pasha Mohammed is VP of Product Management for MegaPath Corporation, and he has over 15 years of experience the telecommunications industry. He is responsible for MegaPath’s Access services portfolio. Pasha played a key role in transitioning MegaPath to a next generation multi-services provider that serves customers through multiple direct and wholesale channels. Pasha is currently working to add more state-of-the-art access services and access delivery platforms to MegaPath’s portfolio. Prior to MegaPath, he held a variety of roles with AirTouch, Verizon Wireless and PacBell & SBC Communications – now AT&T.
Pasha holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and an MBA in High-Tech Management.

Randy Laub is Vice President of Online Marketing and has more than 25 years of marketing experience in the telecom and data communications industry. He joined MegaPath in 2008 and is responsible for all online marketing, including web development, lead generation and marketing automation strategies.
Prior to joining MegaPath, Randy was responsible for all marketing and strategic planning for a Competitive Local Exchange Company in Tennessee. Earlier, Randy led all marketing for Cricket Wireless, a national wireless provider, where he helped drive industry-leading growth. He has also held management positions at AirTouch Cellular.
Randy received a BA in Management Science from the University of San Diego and an MBA from Pepperdine University, Graziadio School of Management.

Ross Spero is the Product Manager of Hosted Applications at MegaPath, where he leads the ongoing development of the Cloud Services product lines. In 2011, he joined MegaPath’s Hosted Voice Operations team, and took over day-to-day product management of Hosted IT services in late 2012. Ross is excited to help shape our industry-leading Cloud Hosting, Data Backup, and Hosted Exchange & SharePoint solutions for MegaPath customers. Ross received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities from the University of Oregon in 2006, after which he pursued a career in competitive cycling. He continues to be an avid sports fan today – Go Ducks!

Arnaud Gautier is the former Vice President Product Management for MegaPath where he was responsible for the company’s product roadmap and the deployment of its services, including data, voice, private networking, and security. Prior to the merger of Speakeasy and MegaPath in 2010, Gautier oversaw the launch and rapid growth of Speakeasy’s business data and Voice over IP services. Prior to Speakeasy, he held a variety of senior marketing and product development roles with Myrio, AT&T Wireless, Boeing, The Walter Group, and Alcatel Space Systems.
Gautier holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Ecole Supérieure d’Electricité (Paris) and received his MBA from the University of Washington.

Beth Tyebjee has over 26 years of experience in the telecom and data communications industry. She joined MegaPath in 2004 and was responsible for all marketing strategy and programs, corporate communications, and segment/product marketing.
Prior to joining MegaPath, Beth co-founded Yipes Communications and served as its SVP of Strategic Partnerships, held the position of VP of Strategic Marketing at U.S. West, was responsible for product development at Pacific Telesis, and developed/led the first Bell Company Internet-access business.
Beth received a BS from the University of San Francisco and graduated from the Harvard Business School executive PMD program.

Eric Beller is the former Vice President of Channel Sales, where he led the teams responsible for growing the MegaPath Channel Sales and Partner Program. He joined the new MegaPath company from Speakeasy, where he held multiple roles—including Director of Channel Sales and Director of Marketing for the Partner Program. While at Speakeasy, he helped build a successful Partner Program group that grew to over 30% of total sales.
Eric has 15 years of telecommunications experience in variety of sales and marketing roles while working for such reputable companies as Cable and Wireless, ICG Communications, and Speakeasy. Eric earned a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from Michigan State University.

Greg Davis was responsible for defining and executing MegaPath's Cloud Services strategy. He joined the company in 2003 and has over 20 years' experience developing and marketing managed hosting, network security, Internet, and telecommunications services. Previously, Mr. Davis served as VP Wholesale Services and VP Product Marketing for MegaPath, and before that, SVP Marketing and Product Management for Netifice, which merged with MegaPath in 2005.
Mr. Davis' prior experience also includes VP Marketing at Savvis and various marketing positions at Digex and MCI. Mr. Davis holds an MBA from Duke University and a B.S. from Georgetown University.

Jeffrey Pearl leads MegaPath’s Commercial Sales organization as the company’s Senior Vice President of Sales and as a member of its Senior Leadership Team. Mr. Pearl has over twenty five years of experience in voice and data communications and has held a variety of leadership roles throughout his career.
Prior to joining MegaPath, Mr. Pearl was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of IP5280 Communications, acquired by MegaPath in January 2012. Previous executive level positions include Co-CEO and Founder of LineSider Communications, CEO of ICG Communications, and Vice President of Sales at Qwest Communications.
Mr. Pearl earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire.

Michael Francois was Vice President of Network Planning at MegaPath, and blogged about Business Connectivity, focusing on Broadband, Next Generation Networks, Security and VoIP.
Michael has over 20 years experience in the telecom and data communications industry. He joined the company in 1999, and has held various roles with responsibilities including network engineering, network budgeting, vendor management, network provisioning, infrastructure management, capacity planning and telecom negotiations.
Prior to the merger between MegaPath and Netifice in April 2006, Michael was also VP of Network Planning, and was responsible for establishing relationships with various access providers. Michael was Vice President of Network Engineering of Epoch Internet before it was acquired by Netifice in 2002. In this position he oversaw the expansion of the national IP network, and was instrumental in the launch of the data center business. Michael came to Epoch Internet from Intermedia, where he had been Senior Director of Data Network Planning and had responsibility for the national ATM, Frame Relay and IP networks. Michael was Director of IP Network Planning at DIGEX prior to its acquisition by Intermedia, and in this role held responsibility for the telecom and access planning of one of the early national ISP networks. Before entering the private sector, Michael also spent 5 years managing networks for the Maryland Department of Transportation.
Michael received a master of science degree in computer systems management from the University of Maryland, and a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Frostburg State University.
