MegaPath Service Cancellation

How to cancel your service with MegaPath:

MegaPath values your business! If there is anything we can do to ensure you remain a satisfied customer, please give us a call at 1-888-831-4997.

We are unable to process verbal cancellations.

Cancellations will typically be processed within 72 hours of receiving written cancel request notice. If you wish for your circuit cancel date to be in the future, please indicate the future effective date of cancellation in the "Reason/Special Instructions" box below.

If you have multiple service locations for which you are requesting to cancel service, you must submit a separate cancel request for each location/service address. Service locations each have their own account number identifier located in bold in the Detail of Charges on your MegaPath, Inc Invoice.

Please be aware that if your Service Term has not expired, you will be responsible for Early Termination Fees (ETF) as defined in the MegaPath fee schedule www.megapath.com/pdfs/fee_schedule.pdf, Terms and Conditions or in your Master Service Agreement . Note that many contracts require 30 days notification for cancellations. For questions regarding your service term or whether or not ETF's may apply, please contact 877-634-2728, option 6.
