MegaPath offers the broadest and deepest network footprint through a unique integration of its own network backbone, systems and service delivery and support personnel and processes with all the major broadband (DSL/Cable/Satellite) access providers. The result is 100% network coverage with superior performance, reliability and customer service compared to broadband aggregators. With this extensive partnering strategy, MegaPath ensures each of its customers can leverage the best and most cost-effective network access technology for each of its distributed user locations. Moreover, such a selection of access options provides enterprises with enhanced network diversity and reliability.

MegaPath offers different certifications of Access Provider partners depending on the level of integration with the MegaPath backbone network (click here to view network and coverage map).

Premium Certified Access Providers - These access providers networks are directly interconnected with the MegaPath Network via a private, layer 2 network connection.

Certified Access Providers - These access providers have established a formal partnership with MegaPath to ensure the interoperability of the MegaPath CPE and operational processes.  Additional systems and customer support integration are required to meet this certification level.

3rd Party Providers - For large network deployments, MegaPath extends the reach of its offerings by providing network access service through rural telecommunications providers and cable companies. These 3rd Party Providers can deliver network connectivity, but MegaPath's Service Level Agreements do not apply.

MegaPath is able to deliver superior support services by e-bonding its systems with its Premium Certified Access Partners and its Certified Access Partners' systems to streamline and improve the accuracy of its pre-qualification, provisioning and billing functions. In addition, MegaPath has implemented structured NOC-to-NOC escalation procedures with each of these providers to ensure quick diagnosis and resolution of any network-related issues. As a result, MegaPath can extend it industry-leading Service Level Assurance Agreements across all of its Premium Certified Access Providers and Certified Access Providers.
