is more reliable, with nearly 100 percent of restaurants
reporting every night – up from 95 percent
previously, leading to a significant increase in
the accuracy of the company’s real-time inventory
and sales statistics. This is also improving
the responsiveness of Bruegger’s Enterprises’ supply
chain, by enabling the restaurants to submit orders
in real time and reducing the lag time between
orders and deliveries.
