Company Adds 15 Lines to Provide Multiple Communication Options and Enhance Virtual Office Capabilities

DataLan is leveraging the Duet PRI service to unify its voice and data communications to improve employee mobility and increase productivity.

The MegaPath Duet PRI service provides DataLan with the flexibility and reliability to not only support all of their voice and data requirements, but also leverages the capabilities of its PBX to merge the two technologies. Now, DataLan can integrate its voice network with Microsoft® applications and other unified communication technologies for a simplified work experience, delivering voicemails via email, offering autodial capabilities from the company’s CRM system and configuring the system to forward calls to a remote workers cell or home phone.
