is enhancing its award-winning Duet voice and data service with support
for Digital PBX and IP PBX systems. In addition to analog connections,
the Duet service now
includes PRI (Primary Rate Interface) and SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)
trunk interfaces. With this expanded support, MegaPath
is enabling customers to protect previous infrastructure investments
or choose the type of PBX system that best suits their business requirements.

Duet provides customers with up to 24 phone lines and up to 1.5 Mbps
of Internet access – all over a single T1
circuit. The company charges a flat monthly fee per line,
regardless of connection type, and includes unlimited

their phone and Internet costs and budget accordingly.
Duet leverages MegaPath’s all-optical MPLS nationwide network

over a private circuit, so that voice traffic never touches the Internet.
And, the voice traffic is always prioritized over data traffic, providing
