MegaPath delivers on the promise of a Real-Time Enterprise as it applies to managing your network services by including all Account Management information within the Customer Portal. From the contact info for each member of your Service Deliver Team to the types of circuits and CPE at each site, the provisioning and performance history, and billing info - it's all right at you fingertips. It also enables you to access important documents related to your service and provides an interface for you to quickly and easily send messages to various groups within MegaPath. All of this enables you to operate more efficiently. It also enables MegaPath to streamline operations, which is how we're able to offer superior service at lower costs.

MegaPath leverages the Account Management tools within the Customer Portal to facilitate ordering and customer support. For each customer, we set up specific "packages" of services and defined service delivery and support procedures. This information is entered into the portal and since our provisioners use the Customer Portal to deploy your network, your network information is always up-to-date. Your can also easily update your contact information online - at any time via the portal.
