MegaPath’s Paul Marra Recognized as a 2016 BroadSoft Connections Game Changer

Pleasanton, Calif. – November 16, 2016 MegaPath, a leading provider of voice, data, security and cloud services in North America, today announced its Director of Product Management, Paul Marra, has been selected as a 2016 BroadSoft Connections “Game Changer” for his leadership in fast-tracking new strategic offerings including MegaPath One and Call Center Premium. The “Game Changer” award recognizes BroadSoft customers who have made a significant change in their communities or businesses. Recipients of the award were announced at BroadSoft Connections in San Antonio, TX, November 13-15, 2016.

“Over the past 16 years, Paul has played an integral role in developing our award-winning product line of voice and cloud services,” said Arnaud Gautier, Chief Marketing Officer, MegaPath. “Paul has earned the highest respect from his colleagues and industry leaders for his innovative contributions and we are proud to see him receive this honor on behalf of MegaPath.”

Released in June 2016, MegaPath’s Unified Communication (UC) solution, MegaPath One, delivers integrated enterprise-class collaboration for businesses of all sizes. The service combines IP business telephony with video calling, instant messaging, presence and online conferencing in a single application that works on Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android smartphones and tablets. Additionally, the UC service includes an always-on, personal virtual collaboration space and enables users to join sessions with one-click conferencing and to take turns sharing their screen.

“I am excited to join MegaPath and extend its large arsenal of product offerings to partners throughout the Northeast,” said Redick. “MegaPath is not only one of the nation’s premier providers of hosted UCaaS and cloud services, but its large nationwide broadband footprint and its personalized support gives partners and their business customers the ease and confidence of working with one trusted service provider across all locations.”

Interested customers can experience MegaPath One’s complete features with a free 15-day trial by simply completing an interest form and downloading the software. More information about the free trial is available at www.megapath.com/promos/uc-trial.

In addition to launching MegaPath One, Paul Marra was instrumental in rolling out MegaPath’s Call Center Premium service. The advanced service expands the company’s carrier-grade, cloud-based Call Center solutions to support all call center environments from basic call distribution, queuing and simple reporting, to advanced call centers with more complex queuing, reporting and management needs.
