Contacting Support

For technical and billing issues, MegaPath offers support in the following ways:

A trouble ticket with an incident number will be assigned on the first contact. If an order falls outside of normal provisioning time frames or if a trouble ticket falls outside of response or repair service level agreements, an escalation path is available.

If you wish to cancel your MegaPath service, please make your request by telephone. Call 877-611-6342 (select option 2 then follow the menu options) between the hours of 6 am and 5 pm PT.
