Spam Policy

To help combat spam Speakeasy maintains our own Realtime Block List (RBL).
This RBL may cause you to encounter errors while attempting to send email to Speakeasy customers.

RBL Request:

Contact us at abuse@megapath.com.
Include the specific NDR, bounce back, or error code you are seeing and we will work to assist you by either removing the block on your subnet, or add your individual IP address to our w hitelist of known senders.

Requests for entries to be added to or removed from the Speakeasy RBL can be made by any administrator responsible for a particular IP address.

We can also list dynamically assigned address ranges that we come across when we receive spam from them. Generic reverse DNS naming is the most important criterion for determining if an address range should be considered dynamically assigned.
