How to Reset Password

How to Set or Reset Your Password

  1. Log into the Hosted Voice Web Portal.
  2. Click Profile in the left navigation to go to the Profile page.
  3. Click Passwords link under the Basic section.
  4. Select the radio button that corresponds to the password you want to reset (Web Portal or Voice Portal).
  5. Enter your current password in the first box.
  6. Enter your new password in the next two boxes (double entry is required to ensure accuracy).
  7. Click OK or Apply to save your changes.

How Administrators Reset a User's Password

  1. Log into the Hosted Voice Web Portal.
  2. Click Profile in the left navigation to go to the Profiile page.
  3. On the Profile page, click Users.
  4. On the Users page, fill in the desired search criteria (if no criteria are entered, all users will be displayed), and click Search.
  5. On the user's Profile page, click the Passwords link under the Basic section.
  6. Select the radio button that corresponds to the password you want to reset (Web Portal or Voice Portal).
  7. Enter the new password in the two boxes (double entry is requried to ensure accuracy).
  8. Click OK or Apply to save your changes.

If you require further assistance, complete the Voice Change Request form.
