Voice Learning Center / How to Record Auto Attendant Greeting
Below are directions for recording auto attendant greetings using a phone within your group, and a phone outside your office. We recommend preparing a script in advance. Your Voice Portal extension and password is listed on your User Details sheet.
Note: First level extension dialing must be turned on within your Auto Attendant settings.
To add an Auto Attendant to your service, contact MegaPath using the Voice Change Request Form. Select the "New User" request form and enter "Auto Attendant" in the Special Instructions area.
Note: If you have more than one auto attendant, you will need to enter the 10-digit number of the auto attendant that you wish to modify after Step 3.
