Advanced Phone User Training

Learn how to use the advanced features of your Fusion Connect phones. From simple operations such as Transferring and Conferencing, to more advanced operations such as Call Park/Retrieve and Call Forwarding. Users will learn how to access their voicemail to record a custom greeting and to check messages. Also covered are commonly used Star Codes, Speed Dial, Do Not Disturb, and how to record the Auto Attendant Greeting, if applicable.

Users will learn all about the Voice Manager. This online portal allows on-the-go users to manage inbound and outbound calls, Fusion Anywhere (formerly MegaPath anywhere), check voicemail, set up messaging, view call logs, and more.
