- Voice Manager Mobility Tool
On-the-go users can manage inbound and outbound calls, location numbers, messaging, call logs, and audio conferencing through this tool that works on smartphones, tablets, and PCs. Log in using your MegaPath phone number and the passcode provided by your Administrator.
- MegaPath Customer Portal
Administrators use the Customer Portal to manage simple user tasks: reset a user’s Voice Manager password and voicemail PIN, swap phones between users, enable and disable features. Download standard and audio conference call records. For credentials, contact the person on the User Details sheet (distributed during on-boarding).
